This is a translation; the binding version is the Czech original.

In short

No account, no name, no e-mail, no location, no advertising profile. The app sends anonymous statistics about games played, and you can switch that off.

Who is responsible

The data controller is MR-Software, Michal Repasek, Dlouha 162, 25063 Mratin, Czech Republic (contact: info@pocketturns.com).

Game statistics from the app

To learn which games are played and how, the app sends:

From the internet address the request comes from, the server works out the country and keeps only its code (such as CZ). The address itself is not stored.

You can switch the statistics off at any time in the app: Settings → Privacy. Switching them off also deletes the identifier and anything not yet sent from your phone.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistics are kept only as long as they are useful for that purpose.

Playing over the internet

Internet games pass through our relay server. It forwards the messages between the phones in a room, including the nicknames, and does not store them. To protect against abuse, it keeps the internet address of a connection in memory for at most a minute; it is not logged.

Feedback

After a few games the app asks whether you like it. Your answer, and what you write if you tell us what to improve, is stored with the app language, platform, version and the number of games played, without anything that identifies you or your phone. Please do not write personal details into it; if you want a reply, write to info@pocketturns.com.

On your phone

Your nickname, character, settings and game results are stored only on your phone.

This website

We measure visits with Umami, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors. The web server keeps ordinary access logs for security.

Children

The app is suitable for children and collects nothing that identifies them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase data about you and to object to its processing. Write to us and we will help. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

How to have your data deleted: Delete your data.
