This page explains how to have your data from the Pocket Turns app deleted. The app is operated by MR-Software, Michal Repasek, Dlouha 162, 25063 Mratin, Czech Republic.

What we keep about you

Pocket Turns has no accounts. Our server keeps only anonymous game statistics (which games, how long, in which mode, the app version, language, platform and country) linked to a random installation ID, and the days the app was used. Answers to “Do you like Pocket Turns?” and feedback messages are stored without any ID, so they cannot be linked to you.

How to have your data deleted

In the app, open Settings → Privacy and tap Request data deletion. It prepares an e-mail to info@pocketturns.com with your anonymous ID; just send it. You can also copy the ID with Copy ID and write to us yourself.
Then you can switch off Send anonymous statistics. The app deletes the ID and anything not yet sent from your phone and sends nothing more.

Please send the request before switching statistics off: once the ID is gone from the phone, the data sent earlier can no longer be linked to you, not even by us.

What is deleted and what stays

We delete all statistics and activity days linked to your ID within 30 days of your request and confirm it by e-mail.
Feedback without an ID stays, because it cannot be linked to you. If you want a particular message deleted, quote it in your e-mail.
We keep your e-mail with the request only as long as needed to handle it, at most 6 months.
What is on your phone (nickname, character, settings, results) is deleted by uninstalling the app.
