Who we are

The Pocket Turns app and this website are operated by MR-Software, Michal Repasek, Dlouha 162, 25063 Mratin, Czech Republic (contact: info@pocketturns.com).

Using the app

• You can play alone, with friends on the same Wi-Fi, or over the internet using a room code. No account is needed.
• Please do not disrupt the online service: do not try to break into rooms that are not yours, flood the servers or tamper with the app or its communication.
• Nicknames are seen by the other players in your room. Choose one that is not offensive and does not reveal more about you than you want.

The service

• We work to keep the app and the online play running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
• We may change, add or remove games and features.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the app or the website.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
